Jilberto Soto is an emerging New York–based comedian. His one-man show, Ay! Papi!, explores fatherhood from the perspective of someone who isn’t yet a father. Blending candid material about sex, race and identity, the autobiographical show examines love, loss and the expectations of parenthood. This photographic series captures Soto’s energetic onstage performance and his quieter backstage preparation.

Stand Up for Palestine brought together an international lineup of comedians at Monkey Barrel during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
The lineup featured MC Hammersmith, Layla Adam, Harry Jun, Hasan Al-Habib, Zach Ruane, Bróccán Tyzack-Carlin, John Achkar and Sami Abu Wardeh.
